Our team of dedicated design specialists have created hundreds of beautiful and functional storage and organizational solutions for clients, and are here to support you in your project.

Step 1, In-Home Design Consultation
We will gather and measure the dimensions of your space.
We will sit with you and explore your lifestyle, your vision, your needs, and what we can achieve for you. We will gather your ideas, your inspirations, your decor style, and your aesthetic preferences.
We can present you with samples of the various finishes and colours we have available for you to match or compliment your home's decor and style. Our Designers can present you with options, accessories, ideas, and advice.
Step 2, Personalized Design and Proposal
Once we have gathered the dimensions of your space, and determined your requirements, our design team will create a personalized and custom design option package for your approval, including 3D renderings, detailed plans, and a precise quote. This will help you visualize how it will look and function within your space and home.
We will work with you to develop a preliminary layout and design option, that can be modified as necessary to meet all your spatial, aesthetic, and budgetary parameters.
Working together, we will make the necessary changes until we have achieved exactly what you want. Your final design will include your choice of finishes, colours, hardware, accessories, style, and pricing.
Step 3, Production and Installation
Once your design is finalized, production begins in our local facility, using the finest Canadian made materials. From sustainable and safe materials to innovative design and technology, your new system will meet the highest standards, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Your new design will be installed by Castle Chic's certified installation technicians who are specially trained on our products. They understand being in your home is a privilege, and will respect and protect your home and family. Most importantly, when your installation is complete, we’ll make sure your space and new organization system is clean, and ready for use.
